Grilled Pork Loin With BBQ Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, and Glazed Vegetables

Grilled pork with barbecue sauce is one of the beach recipes that really have the super like taste. People around the world use and like to prepare this recipe because this fits to beach parties or family beach party. Either you are in USA or Europe, this recipe is the best if planning to go a beach or a picnic in a wide field. Have try to eat grilled pork with barbecue sauce?


Of course you often ate this food, but below; I bring to the new recipe that is different from other recipe available via internet. This recipe is mixed with mashed potatoes and glazed vegetables. Not that all, it has also BBQ sauce to perfect the taste. When you say glazed vegetables, it is full of vitamins which are necessary to the body. If you like pork so much to have it grilled, I have provided below the recipe for you to follow through. Just try this recipe below; I am sure you will like to prepare this again and again. 

Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pc small onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc dried chili
6 tbsp. brown sugar
¼ cup catsup
6 tbsp. ground black pepper
½ cup water

Procedure:

1.)  Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
2.)  Sauté garlic, onion, and chili until light brown.
3.)  Add brown sugar, catsup, soy sauce, ground black pepper and water.
4.)  Simmer for 10 minutes.
5.)  Puree in a blender and check seasoning.
6.)  Set aside half for sauce and the other half for marinade.


GRILLED PORK LOIN

Ingredients:

4 pieces Pork loin (1-inch thick and skin removed)
½ cup BBQ marinade
¼ cup vegetable oil

Procedure:

1)    Marinate the pork loin in the BBQ marinade for at least four hours in the chiller.
2)    Preheat a clean grill.
3)    Grill the pork loin for two minutes on each side while basting with the marinade and vegetable oil.
4)    Finish in a 350F oven for 10 minutes.
5)    Cover with foil to keep warm.
MASHED POTATO

Ingredients:

500g potato, peeled and quartered
2L water
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. unsalted butter/margarine
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
½ cup milk

Procedure:

1.)                Simmer potato in salted water.
2.)                When potato is tender, drain water and mash potato with a ricer or whisk.
3.)                Melt butter in a pan and add mashed potato.
4.)                Soften mixture with milk. Mix lightly until well incorporated.
5.)                Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

GLAZED VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

200g carrot, tourneed or cut into sticks (batons)
100g snow peas, trimmed
2L water
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
½ tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
¼ tsp. parsley, minced
Procedure:

1.)  Boil salted water.
2.)  Blanch vegetables and set aside.
3.)  Melt butter in a pan.
4.)  Sauté vegetables and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
5.)  Finish with minced parsley.

Assembly:

1.)     Place mashed potato, vegetables, and grilled pork loin onto a plate.
2.)     Drizzle BBQ sauce on top and on the sides.
3.)    Garnish with minced parsley.

Yield: Four Servings
