Filipino-Style Roasted Vegetables with Pork

Discussing on the subject of vegetables, it is rich of vitamins and minerals needed to the body to metabolize. If we eat a lot of food like vegetables which is rich in vitamins, there will be great and nice results such as fairly skin, clear vision, and other ailments that need a treatment of eating frequently a vegetable like eating fresh bitter gourd/bitter melon which good for diabetes.


 Vegetables can be eaten fresh or cooked. People like me often cooked roasted vegetables for the reason that as what I have known countless vitamins would be extracting from vegetables when eaten. Therefore, most of the time I do often cook roasted vegetables because it can help solve many diseasas.<2fspan>
Vegetables can be cooked and mix to some recipes like carrots, potato, cabbage and etc. If you will season it perfectly, you will come up with delicious taste. There many mom’s or chef that knows how to cook with vegetables. They will combine it with different ingredients and arrive to yummy tastes.
 Would you okay for you if I will share the recipe that I used to cook often? Well, if you are a Filipino; I know you can relate to this recipe. But if you are an outlander in Philippines; I know this is new to you but if you want just give a try, maybe you like the taste of this Filipino-Style Roasted Vegetables with Pork. 

Ingredients:

Salt to taste
Seasoning
Cooking oil
5 tablespoon or more Silver swan soy sauce or any brand
3 segments of Garlic must be sliced or hammered
1 red bell peppered, sliced
1 piece tomato
1 onion string, cut vertically
1 piece small onion bulb, sliced
2 teaspoon vinegar
¼ kilo pork, cut into cubes
5 pieces Okra, cut into slant
1 regular slice Squash
1piece Bitter melon/ampalaya (regular size)
2 pieces eggplant
Water

Procedure:

In a carajay or a frying pan, put a small amount of cooking oil and sauté garlic until it turns to brown color, next is place onion until transparent. Consequently, put pork and then mix. Put seasoning so that the taste will absorb to the pork. Pour little vinegar and soy sauce and then mix again. Wait for 5 minutes to let soy sauce absorb and vinegar to the pork and add water and cover. Wait for 20 to 30 minutes until pork becomes soft or tender. Since the pork is soft already, you can put all the vegetables and mix again and cover. Wait until all the vegetables will become soft. After that, add the remaining spices like bell pepper, onion string and tomato you can finally add Salt to taste or little soy sauce if needed and put also seasoning so that the vegetables will have some taste too. After all, you can get it and serve it hot or cooled with rice.
