Here is one of the recipes to cook; I will offer to you the oven-fried fish fillets recipe. This recipe has few ingredients; therefore you can do this to your own to make your family bonding more closely.
 Ingredients:

4 skinless boneless fish fillets about 100-150grams
¼ cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
Few drops hot pepper sauce
½ cup dry breadcrumbs
25-50grams butter

Procedure in Cooking:

The first thing you must do is to check out if the fillets have no bones anymore. Next thing you must do is to mix the milk, salt and pepper sauce in a small bowl. You have to measure the crumbs on to a shallow plate or a paper towel. Consequently, coat the fillets first with seasoned milk, then with crumbs. Then, you can have the oven pre-heated to its highest heat about 203oC or 450oF.
Followed by getting a shallow baking dish which is if at all possible metal with a non stick finish that will hold the fillets in one layer, without too much space between them, and melt the butter in it until it is bubbling however be sure has not burned. Next, turn each fillet in the hot pan so that the side coated first is uppermost. Arrange fillets so they are not touching.
Then bake at 230oC or 450oF for at least 10-15 minutes until the flesh in the center of each fillet will become flake, and until coating has browned in parts. You should take care not to overcook otherwise the fish will be dry, for this reason it’s not tasty to eat.
