Procedure in Making Filipino Style Spaghetti Recipe

Different country all over the world has there own way of preparing or making spaghetti.
 Every people in a country differ in terms of taste and cooking procedure. People will prefer to eat spaghetti based on their innate recipe procedure. Some of you don’t like others spaghetti cooking procedure and other might like. There are also people who will easily like the taste even in a single taste. Generally, no matter from what country does your cooking procedure style, when you say spaghetti; it’s common and favorite to all. Is this food are one of your favorite too? Yes, same as me this is one of my favorite food ever because I really love the taste, though you can find spaghetti recipe with sour taste. Spaghetti can be eaten after a meal or can be a suited for snacks. It is like rice when you eat spaghetti; it is weighty to the stomach. Meaning to say, if you will eat spaghetti alone with drinks can make your stomach full; had you tried it? Spaghetti is a common food that Filipino likes and loves it. In fact, from children to adult loves to eat spaghetti frequently because when spaghetti is cooked, it has the perfect taste that every one’s never say no.
Since we loved spaghetti though you had cooked this recipe to any special occasion many times, I will still provide you the procedure and ingredients how to cooked it.
 Ingredients
 Pinoy Spaghetti 1 kg. Spaghetti noodles (Pinoy/Filipino Spaghetti noodles)
 1/2 kg. Ground beef
1/2 kg. Ground pork
 1/4 kg. Hotdogs, diagonally sliced
 1 kg. Tomato sauce
 3 pieces laurel leaves (bay leaves)
 1/4 cup brown or white sugar
 2 green bell peppers, diced
2 onions, chopped
 1 head garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 cup of water
Salt and pepper to taste
 1/2 cup grated cheese

Cooking Instructions:
First you must cook spaghetti noodles according to procedure as you can see in the package instructions. Drain the spaghetti noodles and then set aside.
Next, in a sauce pan; put a small amount of cooking oil and start by sautéing garlic and wait a while until the color of the garlic is brown and add onions. Then, add ground beef, ground pork, laurel leaves, bell pepper as well as a cup of water. Let it boil for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of boiling, start adding tomato sauce, salt along with pepper to flavor then let it simmer for an additional of 10 minutes again. Put in brown sugar and hotdogs and continue to simmer or boil for an extra 5 minutes. Get the drained spaghetti noodles and mix it with the finished sauce. Finally, you can now serve with the cooked spaghetti noodles and grated cheese on top.
