Who loves chicken joy? Well, this is mainly a child’s favorite. Nevertheless, though; I am not child, I really like fried chicken. I distinguish that you like fried chicken as well. Generally, chicken joy is everybody’s favorite. Why most people really like chicken joy?


The reason is there’s a “magic” every time you bite it. Discussing about the topic “chicken”, it is largely located in Philippines. Usually, a chicken or hens can easily produce 5 eggs a week or 260 eggs a year. Therefore, chicken is widespread in tropical country like Philippines. That’s why many businesses in the Philippines use chicken to lift up their food business. For this reason, nonstop supply of chicken will maintain food business into the level of higher rank or in other words, keep on progress in terms of income.
Besides, chicken can use in any type of recipe, you can used it in sweet chicken wings, chicken ginger stew and other recipes. Well, online information of diverse recipe are now available. Here is the recipe; you don’t need to get a lot of ingredients like other recipes. Yummy Crispy fried chicken has few ingredients and has simple steps of cooking.

Ingredients:

1kilo chicken thigh (or pork—must be cut into regular size cubes)
1 65 grams (2.298 oz) Crispy Fry Breading Mix (has many flavor, you can select garlic or original)
Cooking oil (be sure that you will let the coated chicken thigh or cubed pork dipped in the cooking oil)
Note: Crispy fry breading mix has complete seasoning, so you don’t have to coat with salt the chicken thigh or pork.
Procedure:
First, you need to wash the 1 kilo chicken or pork and let it drain for at least 30 minutes for complete draining so that when you coat it to crispy fry breading mix, it’s not wet. Consequently, get the chicken or pork and coat it with crispy fry breading mix in a large frying pan. For guarantee result, you can put it all to a big bowl or plastic and shake. Then, you can place them all to a big frying pan with a lot of oil for deep fry until golden brown. After deep frying, you can get it all and place it to a clean big bowl or big plate and let it cool. Serve it to your family. Enjoy eating.
