Ingredients:
Note: you can make 40 to 50 balls to this ingredients provided below.
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 piece egg
1/3-1/2 cup evaporated milk, must be diluted
½ cup linga or widely known as sesame seeds
¾ cup centrifugal sugar
How to cook
You will mix all dry ingredients except sesame seeds in a mixing bowl. Make a well at the center of the bowl. Then add oil, milk, and eggs. You must blend all ingredients well. Now, after blending; you now form into a one inch ball.
Then coat each with linga and fry in deep fat until turns to brown in color. After frying all, you can get it and place it to big bowl or plate and serve to your friends or family before eating breakfast meal.
