Ingredients:

5 Kilos tapa or spare ribs
1 big cans tomato sauce
2 pieces chorizo bilbao, sliced thinly
1 bottle small mixed pickles
1 can frankfurters, sliced thinly
2 heads garlic, pounded
5 pieces red and green pepper, sliced thinly
Onions
Few sili pacite (anghang/spicy)
Black pepper, pounded
Vetsin
1 small can pineapple tidbits
2 cans liver sauce
½ kilo carrots (quartered)
½ kilo potatoes (quartered)
Breadcrumbs

Procedure:

You must cut beef into 1 ½ cube. Then set aside. Next, you must arrange the rest of ingredients by sautéing garlic and onions. Add tomato sauce, catsup, beef cubes as well as the rest of the ingredients except red and green bell pepper and frankfurters. Cook in slow fire until becomes tender. Add bell pepper and frankfurters last. Let it boil for two minutes. Thicken with breadcrumbs. You can serve it hot.
Note: Beef maybe pressure cooked before sautéing.
You can try it at home as an ordinary dish or you can make it in special occasion. This recipe is fitted to any occurrence.
