Famous Filipino- Style Pancit Bihon Recipe

1 lb. Bihon (rice sticks) soaked in hot water 15 minutes or until soft then drained and set aside
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. French cut green beans
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. MSG, optional/seasoning

Procedure in cooking

First, boil chicken and pork in 1 1/2 cups water intended for 15 minutes. Then, drain set aside sou/broth. Slice meats into little pieces, remove any bones. The next step is ready all additional ingredients independently on a tray. In hot oil, sauté onion until turns transparent; add garlic mix few minutes, put meats, and mix fry for 5 minutes.
